Lemon Poppy Weed Muffins


10 tbsp. canna butter or canna olive oil
3 cups flour
1 cup granulated sugar
2.5 tbsp. poppy seeds
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. table salt
2 eggs
1.25 cups unflavored yogurt
1 tbsp. lemon juice


Before you start, preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit, subsequently greasing/buttering a 12-cupcake baking sheet. Mix all dry ingredients together in a bowl. In a separate bowl, mix the canna butter/oil and the sugar together.

Next, mix in the lemon juice and eggs, one at a time. Now mix in the yogurt and then the dry ingredients, adding the dry ingredients a little at a time, as you mix. After it's thoroughly mixed, pour into the cupcake pan and bake in oven for 25 - 30 minutes. Let cool and enjoy!
