Here is a Cherry Fuel, I am growing in Rock Wool.

    001.jpg

It is one that I miss topped actually. As I was doing the removal with my thumb nail and fore finger. Rather then a razor blade or scissors, like I usually do.

It looks fairly vigorous, and seemed to respond well to the miss topping. Some plants don't tend to do that. The ones that do I've noticed often times seem to be better specimens over all.

And starting to bud and frost.

    007.jpg

There's a couple of seeds on this one (you can see a pollen sac still there), I hit it with some 4th back cross Wonder pollen.
It is starting to smell like cherries amazingly.

As the bud matures, and ripens, the scent of the trichomes. Is now one I would say of a good variety of sweet tart candy. The actual flavor when smoked, should be interesting...

I smoked some of the Cherry Fuel bud. I seeded this specimen, so I'll take that into consideration in the evaluation.

The bud was still chunky and crystaly despite being seeded.
Flavor is exceptionally ingrained, tasting of Trix cereal, and a bit of diesel on the end (which would be more tasty as sensimi). The smoke was also pretty strong, anything that can give me a buzz even the first time I smoke it. Is usually something with pretty high potency.

Yield is about average, perhaps a bit less.

I would say it's very well bred. It reminds of a strain Nebu came up with a few years back. I'd recommend the Cherry Fuel, I think you would enoy it and be impressed with it.

I'm going to make a few comments on flavor in general as it relates to cannabis.

When I first came on the net back around 2000. You really couldn't get dank in seed form. there were held clones, but they were more like lottery tickets. And no one really wanted to give you one.

I think that's why the Bros. Grimm were important. They brought dank in seed form, and it was consistent.

I think pot has progressed a lot since then. And while a lot of things aren't up to my expectations. I'm actually able to find things that I like and would consider breeding with like the Cherry Fuel.

When I say dank. I mean that the pot is full of flavorful terpenes. It can be different tastes etc. But the smoke will hold it flavor to the end of a joint for example.

When I first let Marc Emery try Wonderbud. He made the comment of it being able to hold it's flavor to the end of a joint, and that was a rare thing indeed.
