The leaves first turn ligh green starting from the tips and moving inwards. Then the tips turn white to brown and then curl up. This mostly happened on top cola but the white tips are evenly distributed on all leaves.. could this be lack of nutrients? Too much nutrients? Other problems?

Looks like it could be too much food or too much light/heat.

What are the current conditions in the grow area. Temp? Humidity? Watering frequency? Growing medium? Nutrient schedule? What kind of light? Air moving tech?

    Lemme know.

If you started these from seed, my first guess would be lack of nutrients.

If they are clones, there may be something else at play, like pests...

Temp is kept in mid 70s. A large oscillating fan, blowing dirrectly on it, keep air circulating. water every 3 days and once a week a bloom booster is used. It is 10-30-20. Originally this plant was cloned and was put in the pot with FoxFarms ocean soil, worm waste, and organic garden soil. But no fertilizer since. Maybe lack of fertilizer?

Could spider mites do this? About 8 weeks ago little white spots started showing on the leaves and i was told that is from spuder mites so i treated with neem oil.

Pests can cause a huge amount of damage in a short time. I don't grow from clones so now I'm at a bit of a disadvantage on diagnosis. What's the word on humidity? I work in 30% RH most of the time and if I'm not careful with watering and keeping the soil moist, I get burn at the tips.

overfed spider mite infestation in the midst is my guess. Go to FAQ here and look up the overgrow FAQ or I think we have a thread on this wit some nice close ups I took years ago.
I say pull em and clean the FUCK OUT DAT AREA....... 3 things that will piss off EVERY GROWER Mites,Powder Mildew,& White MUTHAFUCKIN Flies...........
U need to get a scope and look under them leaves for lil specs, the black ones are the dead and bred ones so keep that in mind when your choice of trash it or TRY to save it.
Its very painstaking process if ya choice to save em.
the life cycle is 21 days I think, thats what FAQ is for GOOD LUCK

Yea, fungus gnats are dildos. I have a problem with gnats right now. Trying the Mosquito bits, see if I can kill the larvae.
