Home brewing
I am no expert in this department but looking forward to honing my skills for this hobby also. I picked up a deluxe brew kit & brewed my first batch on 4-22-11 & just started drinking the product a few days ago. I owe it to ya to tale ya that the light ale that came with the kit isnt that great & could probably sit for another week. Just like growing bud its just to temping not to sample. I also find its a good way to learn what u dont want.
I am now fermenting my 3rd brew my 2nd being a Columbus IPA & this one being a Citra Pale Ale. The first name just being the type of hop used to flavor the brew. I am gonna post a few pics & see how this thread goes before I make it a brewing log lol. Please enjoy & leave comments & questions.

Very nice meg, i'm sure you'll get just as good at this as you are at growing. How much does the kit cost? I'm not much of a drinker but i've been interested in home brewing, lots of beer drinkers in my family and all
