Without current knowledge of the courts or states view of the meaning of " secure enclosed facility " I am of the mind to
set up a dog kennel for an outside grow come next spring. I found indoor growing to be a disadvantage being on a fixed income.
Here is what I have in mind 24'L x 12'w x 10' tall. With a chain link fence type roof and a lockable entry gate.
Basically I want to enclose a garden area totally excluding the dirt floor.
My problem is making this project affordable.

I looked at dog kennels but they are only made in 6' tall kits, and fencing companies are some what more expensive.
I am open to all suggestions

with a roof on it, you are cutting out sunshine in a major way.

instead of a chain link dog run, look into T posts and wire fencing. i believe the cost would be considerably less and you can find wire fencing in all different heights.
