asthma treatment of the future?

many a time I've read about smoked cannabis being effective for asthma. I don't have it but had childhood friends who did. witnessing their attacks...I'd imagine the last thing they were thinking was if only I could get some smoke into my lungs. fast forward to current technologies and I can't help but wonder if vapor is as effective as smoke. If so...wouldn't one of those aerosolized rescue inhalers filled with cannabis vapor be an invaluable tool?

As strange as it may sound, I believe it. Only beacuse my asthma went away when I started smoking cigarettes. Literally, as soon as I started smoking. I realize that this is unusual and I do not encourage anyone to "try" cigarettes as a cure for asthma, I just know what happened to me. I had exercise and allergy induced asthma and could not have been happier or more in disbelief when it vanished.

ive had asthma since i can remember and whether i smoke or dont has no effect on me as far as it clearing up and completely going away longterm. however if im having a problem and dont have an inhaler with me and take a few hits it hurts for a minute and then everything feels great and loosens back up. i could see this being even better if vaped.

also my lung capacity has gone up noticably since beginning smoking again.

I had asthma really bad in school up until i started smoking. Even now if i feel like im having trouble breathing i can take a few hits and can feel my air ways open back up

I use generic singulair for my Asthma treatment.

I feel better with this medication.
